Meal Plan and Grocery List - Week 5/08 - 5/14
Keeping it simple yet again this week. And, we are still enjoying our grill. It will be mother's day, so I want to be able to relax a bit. I deserve it right? We have a family get together on Sunday, so most of the grilling will be done on Saturday.
Hope everyone has a wonderful week!

We were given some fresh gulf shrimp, so this will be used on the grill this weekend! You do not get much better than that! I see I have lettuce wraps planned for every meal, but you could really put this shrimp in a lettuce wrap if you want to as well.
Meal 2 – Grilled Hamburgers/Turkey Burgers and Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I will make both regular hamburgers and turkey burgers. One reason is my family likes regular hamburgers better, and I am still trying to not eat as much red meat. :) Lean proteins it is! Have you tried Roasted Brussels sprouts?? Seriously, so good.
I also think I will make a "lettuce wrap" so I can eat my burger. I will also probably saute up some onions to go on our burgers.
Meal 3 – Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Brown Rice

Lettuce
Brown Rice

I will "follow" this recipe. I prob will just saute up some chicken with soy sauce and onions and use this in a lettuce leaf. Making it a little easier.
